CCI Puppy Classes
| CCI Puppy Classes in the Capital Chapter Area |

CCI requires that CCI puppies be enrolled in obedience classes. Puppies start puppy kindergarten by 12-16 weeks of age and progress through basic and advanced basic classes. Raisers can attend classes offered by a variety of community venues: private trainers, recreation departments, dog training clubs, CCI organized classes, etc. |

CCI Capital area puppy raisers are fortunate to have volunteer trainers who teach special CCI focused puppy classes. These classes are offered both in Maryland and Virginia. 
Maryland classes are held at the Capital Dog Training Club in Silver Spring, Maryland every Friday at 7:15 pm. This class is a drop-in class and puppy raisers can attend as often as they'd like. Virginia classes are currently held at two locations:
1)
Pender Veterinary Clinic has generously donated their training room for CCI puppy classes. Pender is located near Fair Oaks Mall at 4001 Legato Rd, Fairfax, VA. PLEASE SEE THE PENDER WEBSITE FOR DIRECTIONS Classes are held every Thursday except for the third Thursday SECOND AND FOURTH THURSDAY from 7-8 pm WITH ONE ADDITIONAL FIELD TRIP MONTHLY. Classes are taught by volunteer trainer Anne Davis of Rudy's Friends Dog Trainer. Anne is a certified dog trainer and the owner of Rudy's Friends.
